Privacy

This notice covers the public Easy Venture introduction and its first, invitation-only owner workspace. Public self-registration, subscriptions and payments are not available.

Who is responsible?

Public visits and enquiries

The introduction has no account form, advertising tracker or marketing sequence. Cloudflare processes technical request information to serve and protect the site. If you email us, we use your message to respond and decide whether to discuss a pilot; email passes through Cloudflare routing and Gmail. Do not include passwords or sensitive machine details in an initial message.

The private owner workspace

The first owner signs in through Google and Cloudflare Access. We use the verified Google email and a signed Access identifier to connect the owner to their venture. Cloudflare sets authentication cookies and handles security logs; the workspace itself does not store a Google password. Only explicitly authorized venture members may use the private account.

The Easy Venture database holds venture names, display branding and logo images; manually entered contacts and conversation messages; versioned proposal text in Markdown; accounting records; bank payment details deliberately entered by the owner; and small supporting documents attached to transactions, bank accounts or document-review evidence. The first pilot includes correspondence about a potential customer. We record who manually entered a message; this does not prove the other party sent or received it. Banking details may include account holder, account number, branch code, SWIFT/BIC and IBAN where applicable. Supporting files may include receipts, invoices, proofs of payment, proofs of bank account or screenshots supplied as transmission evidence. These records are private to authorized venture members and are not placed in Git or public site assets.

When an owner creates a recipient-review link, Easy Venture stores the invited email address, the exact document version and hash, invitation expiry, and an audit trail of review actions such as authenticated document access, comment, change request, acceptance or decline. The recipient authenticates through Cloudflare Access and is authorized only for the specific invited document; recipient authentication does not create venture membership or general workspace access. Test invitations are labelled and retained as test evidence rather than real counterparty acceptance.

The database is hosted with Cloudflare D1 in its EU storage jurisdiction. Restricted recovery copies of the initial pilot records also exist on the owner's laptop and eva-dev in South Africa. Cloudflare's network and Google may process sign-in or technical request information in other countries. Database location alone does not confine all processing to the EU.

Access, retention and requests

The owner controls which conversation text to enter. No CRM record is listed publicly, and we do not sell contact lists. During this small pilot we retain venture and conversation records while the owner is using the account, with restricted recovery copies; a detailed deletion and archival schedule must be settled before wider onboarding. You can ask about information concerning you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to further contact at the address above. We review requests against applicable obligations and any legitimate record that must be retained.
